Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) Representation

The U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) is a forum in which federal employees can appeal an adverse personnel action, such as a removal, reduction in grade, suspension, whistleblower reprisal, or other adverse personnel action. The MSPB generally acts after a final decision has been rendered by an agency.

FELSC can:

  • File your initial appeal to the MSPB
  • Resolve your complaint through settlement
  • Reach an ultimate determination at the MSPB
  • Appeal unfavorable decisions
  • Manage alternate dispute resolutions such as mediation or arbitration
